Qualities of an Admirable Employee

An admirable employee can handle loads of projects without complaining. He always shows a can do attitude and even motivates and encourages others to do the same.
  • An admirable employee should project a positive and likable attitude. He should be cheerful and must be optimistic in dealing with his assigned task. He should not be quick to quit and must display a can do attitude.
  • An employee who is hard working is greatly valued by his employers. He shows a very admirable work ethics that is much appreciated by his bosses and he knows very  well how to do his task from start to finish because he have the initiative and capability to complete an assigned task regardless of how challenging and complicated the task may be.
  • He can handle loads of projects without complaining. He always shows a can do attitude and even motivates and encourages others to do the same. He is flexible and creative in his own ways to find solutions or alternatives to difficult undertakings.
  • He is always punctual in reporting to work. He doesn’t take advantage of break and lunch time because he likewise goes back to work when it is already time. If in some occasion he cannot report on time or he will be absent for the day because of an emergency, he sees to it that he notifies his bosses and their administrative officer.
  • He is honest in every way. He doesn’t take advantage of company’s supplies even if no one is watching. He doesn’t borrow office supplies and equipment without formally asking permission from his bosses. He works truthfully and gives his best in performing his duties and functions.
  • He is intelligent and possesses a good problem solving skills. His analytical ability enables him to think outside the box.
  • He must be excellent both in verbal and writing skills. An employee who can accurately and clearly express himself in writing and in speaking is obviously an asset for the company. The employer himself admires employee who possess these characteristics because he knows that this person can contribute a great deal to the progress of the company.
  • He must be skillful in computer operation. Today, most businesses depend so much in computerization because of the convenience it brings to the operation of the company.  The use of computer in so many and big ways has help augment company’s sales and profitability.
  • An employee with a sense of humor is also likable in every way as long as he makes sure that his timing is always proper.
